| Description | PLASTIC CEMENT - is used for portland cement plaster and stucco applications. Called plastic cement because it has a high degree of plasticity, another term for workability, Colton Plastic Cement is available in two types. In addition to their plasticity, these cements have excellent pumpability characteristics. | Application & Use | Plastic Cement meets the requirements of Uniform Building Code Standard 25-1, "Standard Specification for Plastic Cement" and it should be used in accordance with the procedures given in ASTM C926, "Standard Specification for Application of Portland Cement-Based Plaster." A check of local building codes and job specifications will confirm the correct cement-to-sand proportions. |
