Description Non-film -- Penetrating --Invisible. Repels water and dirt. Prevents the appearance of efflorescence. Solvent-based -- Microporous -- Allows material to breathe. Made of siloxanes, Techni-Seal Water Repellent for retaining walls provides excellent protection against water, dirt, salt (calcium), and freeze-thaw cycles. Its active agents (siloxanes) penetrate deeply and chemically react with the material to form an invisible and durable protection. This sealer allows the material to breathe and prevents the formation of efflorescence (whitish salt).  
Application & Use Water repellent for Retaining Walls. Note: in some cases the treatment may darken the material. It is recommended that a small area be tested prior to application. This product reacts with moisture; store in a very dry place until use.
