EV Protective Sealant for Pavers and Slabs is a microporous transparent emulsion that is specially designed to protect pavers and slabs made of concrete or natural stone. Its characteristic is to protect while preserving the natural look of pavers. It reduces oil and dirt penetration and makes cleaning easier. Easy to apply, it provides maximum effectiveness and durability. It will not peel or discolor. It resists the elements (freeze-thaw cycles, sun, rain, etc.), as well as calcium and salt. This EV Protective Sealant does not give off unpleasant odors. Contains very little solvent, it is environmentally friendly (calculated VOC less exempt solvent 33.98 g/L). May slightly darken surface.
Note: Do not apply at a temperature lower than 50°F. Do not apply more than one coat of Sealant at a time and wait until this coat is completely worn (minimum of 2 years) before applying a new coat. An over accumulation of sealant may cause, after a while, whitening of the surface. Every application must be preceded by thorough cleaning.
